Terms of Service
Last updated: June 30, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Seafood Express website and any services offered through it. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it through unauthorized means, scrape or harvest data, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
Catering requests & quotes
Catering inquiries submitted through the site are requests, not confirmed orders. A booking is only confirmed once we follow up and agree on the details with you directly. Menu items, availability, and pricing are subject to change and may vary by season and market conditions. Quotes are estimates and are not final until confirmed by us.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
Intellectual property
The site's content — including text, graphics, logos, photos, and branding — belongs to Seafood Express or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. While we work to keep menus, hours, pricing, and other information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that everything on the site is complete, current, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seafood Express will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the site.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and those sites have their own terms and policies.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
